Clinical Nurse Educator responsible for coordinating orientation and continuing education for inpatient medical/surgical nursing staff, designing and evaluating educational programs using adult learning principles, and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and professional development. Ensures compliance with policies, participates in committees and community representation, and evaluates the effectiveness of training initiatives. Requires RN (Associate degree), active RN license (or compact), and BLS; full-time, weekday schedule.
