  • Clinical hours only (no on-call requirements)

• Patients Per Shift: 5
• Department Beds: 3

• Board Certification: Required
• License: Must hold a valid KY medical license or qualify under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC).
• Certifications:
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
• Temporary privileges are available for qualified candidates.

• Collaborative practice model with:
  • 1 RN
  • 1 Medical Assistant
  • 1 PA/NP
  • 1 Office Staff member
• Access to an EMR System: MediTech

• Opportunity to work in a facility with stroke certification.
• No hospital or surgery center privileges required.
• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days.
