Business Development Director Compensation:
- Base salary: 125k-175k + strong commission plan
- OTE: 200k+ in year one
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategies
- Increase market share, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Manage and expand key customer accounts
- Provide technical product support and identify new project opportunities
- Work with engineering teams to support new product development
- Deliver accurate forecasting and support sales operations
- Travel frequently across North America, with occasional international travel
What You Bring
- 3+ years in industrial or technical sales (force measurement preferred)
- Experience with load cells, sensors, strain gauge or similar technologies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, organized, and motivated, with a strong business development mindset
- Technical aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or software knowledge is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA desirable
