Job Description
American Traveler seeks an experienced Psychiatric RN for evening shifts requiring a ME or compact RN license and a minimum of 2 years of psych nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a clinical psychiatric hospital setting
- Evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Patient population consists of individuals requiring behavioral health and psychiatric care
- Potential float between facilities within a 25-mile radius as needed
- Local candidates within 90 miles of any MaineHealth facility are considered local and subject to local rate rules
- Travelers are not eligible for contract renewals or extensions if considered local
- No travel pairs or groups are permitted
- Returning employees must disclose employment at any MaineHealth facility within the past 12 months
Requirements
- Active ME or compact RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience
- Proof of driver’s license required for consideration
