Location: Moberly, MO

Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
On-Call: Required
One weekend per month
One to two nights per week
Interview Process:Auto offers only – no interviews
Requirements:
Minimum of 5+ years of Operating Room experience
Experience in Pre-Op, PACU, and OR scrub/circulator roles required
Role Overview:
The Operating Room RN demonstrates critical thinking, clinical judgment, and leadership in planning and delivering patient care in the OR. The RN collaborates with surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR technicians, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, efficient surgical care in accordance with state nurse practice acts, AORN standards, physician orders, and hospital policies.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing supplies and ensuring case readiness
Coordinating and maintaining case flow and timeliness
Communicating with patient families
Updating physician preference cards
Scrubbing and assisting physicians during surgical procedures
Supervising personnel involved in patient care delivery
