UCHealth Medical Group, in collaboration with the ENT specialists in Fort Collins, Colorado, is seeking a highly qualified Otolaryngologist to join our esteemed team. Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive ENT services in a dynamic, patient-centered practice focusing on general ENT care with an emphasis in Otology or Laryngology. The role includes outpatient, inpatient, and clinic-based responsibilities, supporting a collaborative healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality ENT care, encompassing general ENT services and specialized procedures in Otology or Laryngology.
- Manage a diverse patient population in outpatient clinics, hospital inpatient settings, and specialized procedures.
- Participate in clinic and hospital-based procedures, with access to the latest technology in a state-of-the-art facility.
- Share clinic call responsibilities evenly with colleagues, primarily managed remotely, with minimal after-hours commitments.
- Schedule includes a four-day workweek, with three days dedicated to clinic and one day allocated for operating room procedures.
- Handle a typical clinic volume of 20-25 patients daily, with allocated time of approximately 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups.
- Contribute to a Level 3 Trauma facility committed to outstanding medical and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Must be Board Certified or First-Time Board Eligible and actively working toward certification, with plans to achieve certification within three years of employment.
- Additional fellowship training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred.
- Open to recent graduates graduating through 2025 who are committed to certification within three years.
- Candidates with lapse in certification or who require recertification are not eligible.
- Not suitable for visa sponsorship, locum roles, or candidates seeking part-time or non-traditional shift arrangements.
- Must be willing to work within a manageable commute (less than one hour).
