Overview:
Optigy is seeking experienced Emergency Medicine NP/PA providers to support a high-volume ED in Salem, VA. This assignment begins ASAP once credentialed and continues until fully staffed. Candidates must have recent main-ED experienceno new grads or urgent careonly backgrounds.

Key Details:

• Schedule: Days, nights, weekends (no days-only candidates)

• Start Date: ASAP (after credentialing)

• End Date: Ongoing until perm staffing is complete

• Annual Volume: 45,000

• Coverage Model: 48 hours NP/PA coverage per day

• ICU: Closed

• Open Positions: 4 Full-Time NP/PA

Requirements:

• Active state license and ability to credential

• ANCC or NCCPA certification

• ACLS

• Recent Emergency Department experience required (Main ED)

• No new grads; no urgent-care-only backgrounds

• Must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends
