Responsibilities:

• Conduct rounds and oversee staff assignments to ensure proper workflow.

• Supervise medication administration and documentation, addressing any follow-up as needed.

• Respond to resident incidents, behavior concerns, and conflicts.

• Communicate promptly regarding medical, mental health, and environmental situations.

• Ensure all incident and admission documentation is completed accurately and timely.

• Maintain communication across shifts and departments for smooth facility operations.

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in good standing with the state.

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Supervisory experience in long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
