Key Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and maintain consistent daily attendance
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service during each interaction
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in homes and businesses
- Perform service upgrades, panel replacements, EV charger and generator installs
- Manage inventory of tools and materials in the company vehicle
- Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient scheduling and timely communication with customers
- Obtain job completion sign-off and payment authorization from customers
- Document work completed, including photos and summaries, via service software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of consistent electrical experience
- Working knowledge of local and National Electrical Code
- Ability to troubleshoot both residential and commercial systems
- Must have basic hand and power tools
- Maintain a valid and clean driver's license
- English-speaking preferred
