What You’ll Do
- Oversee all front-of-house operations with a focus on outstanding guest experiences
- Hire, train, and develop a world-class service team
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Support the GM in achieving operational, financial, and guest service goals
Who You Are
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale, high-volume preferred)
- A proven leader who motivates teams and drives results
- Knowledgeable in service standards, guest recovery, and operational excellence
- Experienced in new restaurant openings? Even better!
