RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work weekend 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Schedule includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
• Must be able to circulate independently as an OR RN
• CNOR certification preferred
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred
• RN who can scrub is preferred but not required
• Work in main OR with 14 operating rooms including 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, and 12 multipurpose ORs
• All surgical procedures performed except transplants
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Work with standard OR equipment and Stryker video systems
• Must be friendly and adaptable to change
• Work alongside 14-16 RNs and 14-16 CSTs during day shift
• Collaborate with various staff including OR RNs, CSTs, PCTs, Anesthesia Techs, and Clinical Charge RNs

This healthcare facility is a 408-bed hospital featuring a comprehensive main operating room department with 14 operating rooms including specialized hybrid cardiovascular and cystoscopy suites. The facility utilizes modern technology including Stryker video systems and maintains high staffing levels with approximately 60 FTEs in the OR department. The organization provides a wide range of surgical services covering all procedures except transplants and maintains a collaborative environment with diverse surgical specialties.
