Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting in recruiting a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to join an expanding team in West Plains, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape a thriving GI practice within a supportive and growing healthcare system that recently completed a major hospital expansion.

Practice Details:

• Join a dynamic and diverse medical staff with a strong referral network
• Opportunity to perform advanced procedures such as ERCP (preferred but not required)
• Work in a newly expanded 100,000 sq. ft. facility featuring state-of-the-art procedure suites, centralized imaging, updated pharmacy, and on-site Starbucks
• J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available (Delta Regional Authority - no limit or deadline on waivers)

Compensation Package:

• Salary based on MGMA standards
• $25,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance
• Up to $100,000 in student loan support
• Monthly educational stipend available during training
• 8 weeks of paid time off annually
• $4,500 annual CME allowance plus coverage for licenses, dues, and journals
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and AD&D
