- Active NC medical license or ability to obtain one promptly
- Prescriptive authority (DEA or state equivalent)
- Experience in geriatric or long‑term care settings

Its a hospital-based setting with behavioral health, therapy, and rehab services onsite, and the average patient stay is about 14 days. Call is optional depending on experience.
