Position Title: Assembly
Wage: $12.50 per hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd
Hours: 7:00am-4:30pm (Mon-Thurs) + 7:00am-11:00am (Fri); 4:30pm-2:00am (Mon-Thurs) + 11:00am-3:00pm (Fri)
Join a global leader in fragrance diffusion technology. This innovative manufacturer has over 25 years of experience and holds multiple utility patents. From a 74,000 sq. ft. solar-powered facility in Iowa, the team designs and produces eco-conscious scent solutions for homes, vehicles, and commercial spaces. With a focus on quality, sustainability, and cutting-edge design, they deliver immersive sensory experiences to clients worldwide. This position is located in Mason City, IA and has the opportunity for hire.
Assembly Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assemble small plastic parts making different types of air fresheners and scent canisters
- Package the parts into boxes, label, and palletize them according to shipping requirements
- Build boxes and use box cutter to open the product boxes
- Inspect quality of plastic pieces before assembling them
- Use hand tools and presses to assemble the product
- Use manual pallet jack to move pallets from one spot to another
- Sort plastic parts from scraps by placing them in separate bins
- Attach vent clips to air fresheners
- Use small utility knife to trim excess plastic off air freshener
Assembly Requirements:
- Prolonged sitting and/or standing for 8-10 hours
- Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, twisting, lifting may be required
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds throughout an 8-hour shift
- Candidates *MUST HAVE* a proven track record of several years of solid work history. Please include details of your work experience on your resume.

- Excellent attendance
- Accurate counting and reading ability
- Previous assembly experience preferred
