Job Summary: The Physician - Adult Medicine will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various medical conditions. This position requires the physician to develop long-term relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care and promoting overall health and wellness within the community. Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Internal and/or Family Medicine, or eligibility for certification.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an Internal Medicine practice, Family Medicine practice or Primary Care setting.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions and illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
