Sign-on and growth opportunities in a fully integrated health system in Fort Wayne. Full-time Family Medicine physician role, M–F 8–5 with flexible 4- or 5-day week options, 36 patient-contact hrs/week + 4 admin hrs, rotating 1:30 call; three Fort Wayne locations; employed position; integrated EMR; clinical RN/LPN/MA support. - Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active IN medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience supervising APPs preferred
- Comfortable with integrated EMR
- Commitment to outpatient primary care (≥1 year preferred)

Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking Board Eligible / Board CertifiedFamily Medicine physicians to join three separate Parkview Physicians Group Family Medicine practices in Fort Wayne, Indiana
Specifics of The Role
- Full time position
- Flexible hours to accommodate work life balance
- 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours of dedicated administrative time
- 6 weeks of vacation annually
- Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm
- With the potential for extended hours
- Opportunity for 4- or 5-day work week
- Rotating call: 1:30
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
