This full-time, W2 employed position offers an exceptional work-lifebalance, highly competitive compensation, and the opportunity to practiceacross a diverse case mix in both hospital and outpatient settings.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation & Benefits:$700,000 W2 with full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match,employer-paid short/long-term disability, malpractice coverage, and CMEallowance
• Schedule: 1:6 call schedulewith guaranteed pre- and post-call days off
• Time Off: 10 weeks ofguaranteed vacation in addition to post-call days
• Support: 24/7 in-house CRNAcoverage for OB cases
• Practice Setting: Rotationbetween St. Elizabeth's main hospital and two outpatient centers
• Team: Collaborative group of8 Anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs

Case Mix Includes: OrthopedicSurgery, General Surgery, Gastroenterology, OB/GYN, Urology,ENT, Neurosurgery, Cardiac Anesthesiaand more.

Requirements:

• Board Certified or BoardEligible in Anesthesiology
• Proficiency and comfort withCardiac, OB, and Neuro anesthesia
• Strong commitment to qualitypatient care and collaborative teamwork
