L&D RN – 12-Hour Day Shifts Start Date: 1/26/2026 | Contract Length: 13 weeks Hours: Up to 36 hours/week (not guaranteed during orientation or unit closures) Shift: 7a–7p | Weekends/Holidays: As needed Float: Required | Call: Potential Requirements: NC or compact RN license AHA BLS, NRP, STABLE Desired: PALS, ACLS Minimum 5 years’ L&D experience with triage focus; must have completed ≥1 travel contract (no new travelers) EPIC charting experience Strong skills in L&D, Mom/Baby, Triage, GYN, MedSurg, Peds Unit Info: 22 beds: 6 L&D, 7 GYN, 7 Peds Average 350 deliveries/year Patient ratios: 1:1–3 Typical daily patients: 2 Peds, 1 Mom/Baby, 1 MedSurg, 1 Induction, plus own triage patients Peds patients: newborn to adolescent; diagnoses include fractures, appendectomies, RSV, pneumonia, asthma, fever, r/o sepsis, gastro Notes: Facility may cancel 1 shift biweekly without penalty. Compliance due 7 business days prior to start.
