Health Policy and Licensure Manager

Opportunity to lead licensure and state health policy for a major Florida health system. Manage health policy and facility licensure for Memorial Healthcare System; full-time, onsite in Florida; staff/exec-facing role requiring 7+ years in healthcare systems; bachelor's required; ongoing/permanent role. - Bachelor's in Healthcare, Business Admin, or Public Policy - 7+ years in healthcare system/integrated delivery system - Proven Florida licensure, health policy, regulatory experience - Ability to analyze complex data and work with executive leadership - Strong communication and independent decision-making skills

Complexity of Work: Ability to work with executive leadership under tight deadlines and competing priorities. Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to maintain positive working relationships within all levels of the organization as well as external stakeholders and governmental representatives. Requires the ability to process and analyze complex mathematical data. Required Work Experience: Seven (7) years' related experience in healthcare system or integrated delivery system. Proven experience in licensure, health policy, and regulatory requirements in the State of Florida. Experience with federal regulatory rules and regulations desired.
