- Active KY medical license (or eligible)
- Fellowship-trained in Interventional Cardiology
- Experience with diagnostic and interventional coronary and peripheral procedures
- Current BLS/ACLS (and hospital credentialing)

- General Adult Cardiology, Peripheral Vascular Disease Management, Arrhythmia Management, Pacemakers, Congestive Heart Failure Management
- Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization, Coronary Intervention
- Diagnostic Peripheral/Carotid/Mesenteric Angiogram, Peripheral Arterial Intervention
- Echocardiography, Pericardialcentesis, Myocardial Biopsy
- Permanent Pacemaker, Loop Recorder Implant, AICD Implant
- Holter and Event Monitor
