Full description
A Growing Restoration company seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee mitigation and reconstruction projects from emergency response through completion. This hands-on leader will manage field crews, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Restoration Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of restoration or construction supervision experience
- Strong background in water, fire, mold mitigation, and reconstruction
- Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
- Proficiency with Xactimate and understanding of insurance claim processes
- Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety
- Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation
Restoration Superintendent Preferred Background and Skills
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FRST, etc.)
- Experience working with insurance carriers and TPAs
- Ability to manage residential and commercial projects
- Strong documentation and communication skills
