Job Overview Position: Locum Tenens Radiologist Location: Near Midland, North Carolina Start Date: January 6, 2025 Contract Length: Ongoing Coverage: Full-time, scheduled coverage with no on-call requirement Patient Population: Primarily adults and geriatric patients Responsibilities Specializations Needed: General Radiology, Musculoskeletal (MSK), Body Imaging, and Neuro Imaging Radiology Shifts Available: 12a-8a (Monday-Sunday) 8a-5p (Monday-Sunday) 12p-8p (Monday-Sunday) 5p-1a (Monday-Sunday) Daily Tasks: Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including IR, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, and general radiology procedures. EMR & PACS: Utilize EPIC, Meditech, Change Healthcare, Intelerad, and PowerScribe One for efficient documentation and reporting. Requirements Board Certification: Required in Radiology State License: Must hold or be willing to obtain a North Carolina state license; IMLC candidates welcome. Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 4-6 weeks for completion Experience: Experience in a trauma Level I or Level II facility is beneficial but not mandatory.
