A well-established, growing medical practice in New York is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess overall health and diagnose medical conditions
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient
Oversee chronic disease management and coordinate care with specialists when needed
Document patient encounters and care plans accurately in an EHR system (e.g., Epic)
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive health strategies
Collaborate with nurses and a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
Stay current with advances in internal medicine and engage in ongoing professional education

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted NY medical license
Strong clinical expertise across internal medicine subspecialties
