Opportunity at an FQHC in Northern Maine with relocation help and CME support. Internist, permanent full-time in Presque Isle, ME. Schedule options: 8–5 or 10–4; some weekends. Clinical mix: traditional 90% outpatient/10% inpatient or outpatient-only. On-call rotation 1:4 assisting hospitalists; after-hours calls screened by telephone triage. J‑1 and H‑1B candidates considered. Must have MD/DO with board eligibility/certification in Internal Medicine; active ME medical license (or eligibility); experience in outpatient primary care; malpractice coverage eligibility; ability to join 1:4 hospitalist call rotation.
