• COVID Vaccination: REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS: Current at time of submission
• NRP: REQUIRED
• Clean Background: No malpractice - REQUIRED, no exceptions
• Submission: Full presentation with rates and availability (minimum of 10 shifts/month) at the time of name clear - REQUIRED, no exceptions. Will be redirected if information is not provided at name clear (can be added into additional information)
