Position Highlights

• Full-time hospitalist position

• 7-on / 7-off schedule (7 AM " 7 PM)

• Average census: 12"15 patients per physician

• Participate in a team managing 40"50 patients daily

• Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist consultation

• Manage admissions, daily rounding, and urgent responses/codes

• No on-call responsibilities

• Non-trauma facility with robust infrastructure

• EMR: Paragon

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible

• Open to new graduates

• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (no visa sponsorship)

• Not accepting locum or 1099 arrangements

Compensation and Incentives

• Guaranteed salary: $250,000 " $275,000

• $15,000 starting bonus

• Productivity and quality-based bonuses
