About the Role
Our client is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney to join their Complex Injury Division. This is a pivotal position for an attorney who combines litigation expertise with strong leadership and client advocacy. You’ll provide strategic oversight on catastrophic injury cases while supporting and mentoring the legal team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage complex and catastrophic injury cases, ensuring clients receive the best care and representation
- Provide legal guidance to paralegals and case managers on high-value matters
- Handle escalated issues such as client complaints, denials, and withdrawals with professionalism
- Answer legal questions, resolve conflicts, and keep cases on track
- Support team performance goals while fostering a collaborative, client-first culture
- Build trust with clients through clear, compassionate communication
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed in good standing with the North Carolina Bar (South Carolina admission strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of personal injury experience, ideally with catastrophic or complex cases
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with poise and professionalism
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
