Unit: Surgery (OR) Cost Center: 701 ***********On-Call Is Required*********** Tell us about the unit(s): · Number of Beds -11 Operating Rooms · Number of Staff – 70 · Shift for the Traveler – Days (0630-1900), “Swing” (0900-2130, 1100-2330) · Type of staff: o Day Shift – 13 RN, 13 Surg Tech, 1 Charge RN, 3-5 Surgical Support Tech, 1-2 Anes. Tech o Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 1 Surg Tech · Patient Ratios – 1:1 · Type of equipment - · EMR – EPIC · On Call Requirements- Varies, Approximately 4-5 shifts per 4 weeks · Weekend Requirements: On-call, Possible Scheduled shifts as unit requires.
