We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Product Manager to oversee critical supply chain initiatives for innovative robotic products. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, drive operational excellence, and contribute to exciting projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead supply chain initiatives for specific robotic products, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Analyze data to optimize costs and lead times, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison for program resources, communicating supply chain decisions and progress effectively.
  • Manage supplier relationships and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive root cause analysis and process improvements to enhance operational excellence throughout the product lifecycle.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and concise reports to leadership.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in robotics or electromechanical systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and PLM tools.
  • Background in New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustained operations supply chain management.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or certifications in supply chain management.
  • Demonstrated success in cost reduction and lead time optimization initiatives.
