Your Role with the Group: Family Medicine Physician
- Location: New Haven, CT
- Outpatient Primary Care
- Develops a plan of care for each patient, including medical history, physical examination, diagnosis and appropriate treatment and/or referral, including hospitalization if necessary
- Uses all available resources in diagnosis and treatment, such as laboratory and others tests in an appropriate and cost efficient manner
- Refers those cases which require specialist services, but maintains primary care responsibility to assure continuity of care
- Very Light Call - Call via phone 1 week every 2-3 Months. 90% of calls Screened by Nursing Service Line.
- Cover 1 Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm every 3 Months
- 4 Day Work Week Available (4x10hrs)
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
Background Profile: Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine
- Ability to have a Connecticut State Medical License
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred
- Experience with FQHC or Community based medicine a plus
- Open to H1B and J1 Visa Sponsorship
