Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Medical/Surgical RN to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and document accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in emergency response and care as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN license in Virginia.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience in a medical/surgical nursing setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
