Required Duties/Procedures:

• Burr Hole Evacuation of Subdural Hematoma
• Craniotomy for Evacuation of subdural hematoma, epidural hematoma, intracerebral hematoma
• Burr Hole Placement of Ventriculostomy (External Ventricular Drain)
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar non-instrumented spine procedures

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:

• 60-90 days

MANDATED Job Requirements:

• Board Certified: REQUIRED
• Active SC License & DEA: REQUIRED, no exceptions
• 100% CLEAN BACKGROUND: REQUIRED, no exceptions
• Experience Level: No new grads; must have great experience, ratings, and training
