Orthopedic Hand Surgery Minutes from Chicago Position Highlights: Flexible 4-day workweek with a mix of clinic and OR time. No trauma, elective-focused hand surgery. Join a well-established and collaborative orthopedic group with subspecialists in joints, elbow, and general orthopedics. Practice includes both hospital and ASC-based procedures Shared 1:6 general orthopedic call rotation with collegial support; no hand trauma. Strong support staff, including First Assist NP and APPs; private office space; access to modern facilities, EPIC EMR, and Mako robotic technology. Ability to build a full hand practice quickly with immediate referral base. Opportunity for long-term career growth and mentorship within a large physician-led system. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Base salary with additional wRVU-based production incentives Productivity bonuses with strong earning potential beyond base salary. $50,000 sign-on bonus.
