Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide locum services in Flagstaff, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA seeking steady full-time coverage in a dynamic acute care hospital setting. Coverage begins January 12, 2026, and continues through May 10, 2026.

Job Details:

• Case Types: Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory, Endoscopy

• Setting: Acute Care Hospital (317 beds; cases per day)

• Number of ORs: 11 Main ORs, 2 Ambulatory ORs

• Schedule:

  • Shifts: 7:00a 3:00p, 7:00a 5:00p, 7:00a 7:00p, or 3:00p 11:00p

  • Approx. 40 hours per week

  • Day, Swing, and Weekend shifts

  • No call

  • Schedule auto-generated by software (no shift requests accepted)

  • Schedule expected to release November 12

  • No weekly or overtime pay after 40 hours

• FTE: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

• EMR System: Cerner and SaAnesthesia

• Support: Supervised model within hospital anesthesia team

• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30 days

Requirements:

• Active NBCRNA Certification (CRNA required)

• Arizona License (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

• BLS or ACLS required

• DEA and CSR not required

• Must have recent hospital anesthesia experience

Additional Details:

• Trauma Level: Adult Level I/II/III/IV facility

• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)

• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
