CT Tech - Contract Position

Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleEvery Monday 9 AM - 9:30 PM and every other Saturday/Sunday 7 AM - 7:30 PM.
Job DescriptionThe CT Tech produces computerized tomography images of designated anatomical areas as ordered by a licensed physician, according to established practices and procedures.
Responsibilities- Conduct CT imaging procedures as per physician instructions.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a staff Radiologic Technologist.
- Must possess a New Jersey DEP license.
- ARRT certification required.
- CT certification is required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- CPR certified (American Heart Association).
- IV certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Emergency Room experience preferred.
- Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology and training in Computerized Assisted Tomography required.
