The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) position supports anesthesia care in a hospital and ambulatory surgery center, covering a variety of surgical specialties excluding high-acuity pediatric and transplant cases. The role is full-time with a Monday to Friday schedule, no call or weekends, and involves working with an EMR system transitioning from All Scripts to Epic. Board certification by NBCRNA is required, and new graduates are welcome to apply with licensing strongly preferred prior to start.
Minimum experience required: Will take new grads!
Credentialing Timeframe: Generally 6-8 weeks once full file has been turned in License: License in hand strongly preferred (we can try licensing candidates, however, between licensing and credentialing start date would be 5-6 months out so provider would need to apply ASAP!) Schedule Coverage Scheduled + No Call Start Date 10/6/2025
Contract Length: 12 weeks, potential to extend on a part-time basis Shift Details: 7:00-3:30 with 30 min lunch break, (No 10 or 12 hour shifts available)
Schedule: M-F, no call, no weekends
Amount of coverage needed per month: Fulltime Preferred
Care Team Model
Hospital Volume: Average about 60 cases per day between the main hospital and the surgery center
Patient population/age: All ages, NO PICU -(relatively healthy peds - not high acuity - they get transported), NO NICU (if there is a concern with a baby - they will transport)
Department description: Ortho, peds (low acuity only), trauma (Level II Facility), neuro, plastics, OB, general surg, ENT, endoscopies, a lot of total joints, urology/cystos - no transplants, Physicians do the blocks and all cardiac cases
EMR: All Scripts right now - early stages of epic beginning in 2026 Hospital bed size: 140, 9 Surgery Rooms
