Opportunity Highlights
- Schedule: Expected to see 15-20 patients per day; Call 10 days per month
- Job Setting: Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine; High Volume Office Practice; 186-bed acute care community hospital (Ashtabula Regional Medical Center, affiliate of Cleveland Clinic)
- Types of Cases: Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine; Blocked Time in OR; Well Defined Referral Source from Employed and Affiliated Primary Care Physicians
- Credentialing:
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (by time of start); DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Licensure: Ohio license (or in the process of obtaining)

- Part of growing employed multi-specialty group practice with 60+ employed Providers, 21 of which are Primary Care
- Group of 2 physicians
- Work with an Experienced Urologist
- Fully Trained Staff with an Advanced Practice Provider
- Fully Integrated EMR with the Cleveland Clinic Health System (EPIC)
- Onsite lab and X-Ray
- Approx. 98,000 Regional Population; 35,000 Emergency Room Visits; 4,500 Admissions; 5 Community-Based Family Health Centers
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines
- Sign on bonus - negotiable
- Relocation allowance (with purchase of real estate in Ashtabula Regional)
- 3-year contract structure: Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- $5000 CME credit
