Tuesday - Saturday Tuesday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Open to splitting the schedule between 2 (potentially 3) physicians Not open to reduced daily hours
Inpatient or Outpatient: Clinic Patient Volume: 6 PPD
Requirements
Certifications required: Strong preference for BC (FM, IM, Derm), open to specialty Active state license preferred
