RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Orthopedic Spine

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No call requirements
• Must have 2+ years Medical Surgical experience required
• Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
• Nevada RN license required prior to start
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Staffing ratio of 1:5-6 patients for RNs
• Care for patients including total joint replacements, ortho-spine surgeries, cervical/lumbar/thoracic surgeries, fractures, traumas, and medical overflow patients
• Work in 38-bed unit with all private rooms specializing in Medical Surgical, Orthopedic and Neurosurgery
• May be required to float to other units based on competency level
• May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts
• Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends and holidays
• Hospital reserves right to call off shifts with 48 hours notice for low census
