Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes and drainage systems.
Perform diagnostics and resolve issues with water supply, drainage, and plumbing systems.
Ensure work is compliant with building codes, safety standards, and customer expectations.
Communicate clearly with clients and team members on project status and needs.
Collaborate with HVAC technicians and other field staff to complete integrated system installs.
Keep accurate records of work completed, time spent, and materials used.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years plumbing experience in residential and commercial environments..
Valid SST and OSHA certifications required.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Must be task-oriented, dependable, and take pride in quality workmanship.
Strong understanding of plumbing code compliance and safety protocols.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
