Job Details:
• Work 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Provide nursing care in stepdown unit setting
• Monitor patients requiring intermediate level of care between intensive care and general medical units
• Assess patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
