The role involves inspecting completed assemblies, meeting production goals, maintaining safety, and reporting issues. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience and mechanical aptitude are preferred but not required.
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Assembler to join one of our manufacturing teams in Conroe, TX. This role is responsible for assembling components and finished products according to work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble parts and components using hand tools and power tools
Follow written work instructions, blueprints, or assembly diagrams
Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
Meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervision
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
6 months 1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience (preferred, not required)
Ability to use basic hand tools
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Skills
Previous experience in mechanical or production assembly
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Basic mechanical aptitude
