HumanEdge Health is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 12-week assignment in Enfield, Connecticut. This role is in a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic with no on-call requirements.
Assignment Details
Location: Enfield, CT
Start Date: January 19, 2026
Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: Day shift
Hours: 40 hours/week
Shift: 5x8-hour shifts
Clinic Hours:
Coverage needs include two closing shifts per week and Friday coverage.
No on-call required.
Setting
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility, strength, and function
Provide patient education on injury prevention and functional movement
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary outpatient care team
Accurately document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic and payer guidelines
Requirements
Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license
BLS certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
