Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Maryland Occupational Therapy license or multistate licensure that allows practice in Maryland prior to the assignment start.
- Home Health clinical experience is required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver’s license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable use of public transit for patient visits.
- Experience with HCHB electronic medical record is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform home safety evaluations, ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and documentation to meet CMS standards.
