Valley Health is seeking an experienced APP provider for per-diem shifts at our Primary Care Extension Services with locations in our Shenandoah Valley communities as well as WV Panhandle. Opportunity to float coverage in our Northern and Southern clinics to provide same day access and assist with coverage in clinics. Licensure required in VA and WV.
