The Sales Director will lead a national sales team focused on premium labeling and embellishment solutions, driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales initiatives. The role requires building strong customer relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and R&D teams. The ideal candidate has extensive sales management experience, industry knowledge in labeling or packaging, and strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compensation: Up to $190,000 annually

- Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a national sales strategy focused on embellishment labeling solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in premium packaging segments (e.g., wine & spirits, cosmetics, food & beverage, health & wellness).
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to align offerings with market trends and customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, converters, and design agencies.
- Serve as a consultative partner to clients, educating them on the value and impact of embellishment technologies.
- Lead customer presentations, product demos, and innovation workshops.
- Revenue & Performance Management
- Own sales targets and revenue growth for the embellishment category.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive landscape.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CRM tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, R&D, and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Partner with technical teams to support product trials and application development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of sales management experience with proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of commercial processes (i.e. account planning and management, proposal creation and negotiation, pipeline management, and margin management)
- Proven ability to sell premium solutions and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong business acumen, P&L understanding, and analytical skills to drive profitability improvements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience labeling, packaging, or print embellishment
- Experience in the Spirits/Beverage industry is a plus
- Ability to travel (up to 50%)
