Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $40.39/hr Taxed ($1,454.04/wk Taxed) +
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,246.00/wk =
• $2,700.04/wk Gross Eligibility
We are comprised of a 49-bed hospital, various medical offices, home health, a birthing center and a vast scope of services located throughout The Dalles and the surrounding areas. The Dalles is known for its picturesque views of the Columbia River, local charm and delicious downtown restaurants and bakeries. There is something for everyone in this scenic community.
Total Bed Count: 6
•Bed Types and How Divided: 4-6 ICU beds (can flex according to tele); majority telemetry patients
•Staffing Ratios: 1:3-4 (telemetry) 1:1-2 (ICU)
Schedule Requirements:
•Call Required: could be placed on call/ low census for up to 4 shifts in contract
•Float Required: could be asked to float to acute care (ratios 1:3-1:5) or as helping hands in Emergency Department
•Weekend Coverage: rotating weekends
•Scheduling Type: Self
Unit Systems:
•Medication System: Omnicell
•Documentation System: EPIC
