About the Opportunity
Join us, a thriving 160-provider multispecialty group, as we expand our Neurology Division. With 5 established neurologists and a dedicated neuro-hospitalist, this is a unique chance to step into a balanced role offering both outpatient practice and hospital consults without overwhelming call.
What You ll Do
Deliver outpatient neurology care in a busy, established practice
Rotate hospital consults (7-day blocks every 15 weeks, 1:8 schedule)
Collaborate with a neuro-hospitalist to minimize inpatient burden
Participate in stroke care (supported by Stroke Team + tele neurology)
Customize your practice with room for sub specialization
Schedule & Call
Clinic: 4 5 days per week (flexible business hours)
Hospital: 7-day block every 15 weeks
Call: Minimal (1:8 rotation, typically quiet)
Compensation & Perks
Salary: $275K+ (3-year guaranteed base, then productivity-based)
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
Partnership Track: After 3 years (minimal $1,500 buy-in + corporate bonuses)
CME: $2,500 annual stipend
