The facility features an 8-bed department with excellent support services including 24-hour availability of anesthesia, laboratory, radiology, and various surgical specialties. The hospital maintains a Level 3 trauma designation with comprehensive pediatric services.

Job Details:
• Fixed clinic schedule: Monday-Thursday , ; Friday • Approximately 10 days of call per month, predominantly for newborn care, with rotating call schedule shared with local provider • Coverage includes a combination of clinic only, clinic + call, and weekend call only • Must be comfortable with pediatric inpatient care and newborn management • Required skills include attending C-sections/high risk cases, Level I nursery care, and newborn intubation • Non-invasive ventilation management (neo-puff) and ventilation management for newborns • Circumcision experience required • Clinic resources include CLIA waived testing, dedicated front office staff, medical assistant, office manager • Access to higher level lab and x-ray services at the hospital • Work alongside a full-time local in-office pediatrician • Must have PALS certification • Arizona medical license required • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
