- Laburnum Medical Center has been serving the community for more than 50 years! Very well-established practice and experienced team of Family Medicine, Internal Medicine/Pediatric physicians and Nurse Practitioners
- Full Time position open for Family Medicine Physician, BC/BE, MD/DO
- Physician will work 36 clinical hours + 4 hours of admin time weekly
- Call is 3 days per month - shared in rotation all providers, No Rx on call
- No Hospital responsibility - 100% outpatient practice
- Telehealth and e-visits in addition to in-person care
- EPIC EMR
- We see all ages - Peds through Geriatric - 30% Peds, 70% adult/geriatric
- POC Testing, X-Ray and Lab in practice
- Basic in-office procedures - joint injections, women's health
- Dedicated 1:1 CMA/LPN support
- Diabetic Education provided by PharmD 3 days per week
- LCSW and Integrated Behavioral Specialist in practice
- 6 MD's and 1 NP in practice - adding 2 physicians (mentorship available)

The practice has direct access to public transportation, and is less than one mile off the Laburnum exit off I-64.
